Delivery costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Delivery to the UK mainland is \u00a37.50 + VAT, to the UK non-mainland delivery costs \u00a330.00 + VAT.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Despatch day<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provided your chosen product is in stock and you place your order before 2:00 PM; your goods will be despatched on the day of your order. Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday following.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Delivery time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Provided your chosen item\/s are in stock: your goods should arrive the working day after the despatch day. If the order value is over \u00a31500, delivery is usually 2-3 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Whilst we try our very best to deliver on schedule, Zeff cannot guarantee to meet the deadlines outlined above. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of delivering late or early.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Taking delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Our couriers deliver between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday. They cannot specify dedicated delivery times due to their complex delivery schedules. However, if you enter your email address in the courier email box at checkout, you’ll be sent a tracking email informing you of the expected delivery time to within an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left and your item\/s will be returned to the nearest depot for collection or re-delivery.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n

Reporting undelivered orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Damaged or faulty goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Incomplete orders or parts missing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation prior to despatch<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Returning goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You can return goods unopened for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Contact Zeff to obtain a return number prior <\/strong>to returning goods – just email support@zeff.com<\/a> with a request for a return number.
