Items ordered on a Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday following.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section   class=\"standard-content-block block-spacing \">\n    \n    <div class=\"wrapper\">\n        <div class=\"grid no-col-margins\">\n            <div class=\"col-12 col-md-8\">\n                <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Provided your chosen item\/s are in stock: your goods should arrive the working day after the despatch day. If the order value is over \u00a31500, delivery is usually 2-3 working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whilst we try our very best to deliver on schedule, Zeff cannot guarantee to meet the deadlines outlined above. We accept no responsibility for the consequences of delivering late or early.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section   class=\"standard-content-block block-spacing \">\n    \n    <div class=\"wrapper\">\n        <div class=\"grid no-col-margins\">\n            <div class=\"col-12 col-md-8\">\n                <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Taking delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Our couriers deliver between 9AM and 5PM Monday to Friday. They cannot specify dedicated delivery times due to their complex delivery schedules. However, if you enter your email address in the courier email box at checkout, you&#8217;ll be sent a tracking email informing you of the expected delivery time to within an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If delivery is unsuccessful, a card will be left and your item\/s will be returned to the nearest depot for collection or re-delivery.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section   class=\"standard-content-block block-spacing \">\n    \n    <div class=\"wrapper\">\n        <div class=\"grid no-col-margins\">\n            <div class=\"col-12 col-md-8\">\n                <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Reporting undelivered orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the unlikely event that you haven&#8217;t received your goods within the specified delivery period&nbsp;you must let us know within 14 days of your order date.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n            <\/div>\n        <\/div>\n    <\/div>\n<\/section>\n\n\n<section   class=\"standard-content-block block-spacing \">\n    \n    <div class=\"wrapper\">\n        <div class=\"grid no-col-margins\">\n            <div class=\"col-12 col-md-8\">\n                <div class=\"acf-innerblocks-container\">\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or faulty goods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damaged or faulty goods must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
